Tween Yoga Club

Join Miss Kathleen of Mindful Yoga With Liz for a yoga adventure designed just for tweens.

​

In this 6-week series, we’ll explore dynamic poses, playful flows and mindfulness activities to help you strengthen, unwind, and have fun!

​

No experience necessary! Registration required!

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel. The Library has a limited quantity of yoga mats available. If you would like to request a library mat please contact Charlotte.

Once upon a time ... there was a storytime at the library featuring retellings of your favorite fairytales. Hear the stories of Rapunzel, The Princess and the Pea, and more like you've never heard before! Then make a fun fairytale themed craft.

Celebrate nature and poetry with us at the library!

11am - 12pm: Rachel Carson poetry presentation and reading by Author and Poet Ann Burg. Recommended for tweens and teens ages 8+

​

12:30pm - 1:15pm: Butterflies and milkweed: stories, craft, & seed planting. Recommended for children of all ages.

Youth Cooking and Nutrition Class

Join us at the Town of Esopus Library for two sessions of a fantastically educational and yummy program with Cornell Cooperative Extension's SNAP-ED! â€‹Learn about and prepare a delicious recipe, then you will get to taste your wonderful creation!
