Kid's Chess Club

Friday, March 27 at 4:20pm

Join us on the last Friday of the month for our kid's chess club. Whether you're a "rook-ie" or the queen of the chess board visit the library for a light-hearted and fun game of chess.

Tuesday, March 31 at 2pm

Celebrate Spring with a host of kid friendly crafts! Make a flower out of paper or clay! Make a pony-bead animal keychain! And more!

Creatures Alive!

with the Mohonk Preserve

Thursday, April 2 at 2pm

Join us at the library where we will learn about, and meet, pond creatures with the help of the Mohonk Preserve. Participants will get up close and personal with these creatures and learn about their survival strategies.

​

Recommended for ages 5+. Registration Required!

Tween Felting

Friday, April 3 at 2pm

Led by Jocelyn of Petit Felts, learn the art of felting and make a sweet strawberry to take home.

Recommended for ages 8-12. Younger children are welcome to register but please note that felting needles will be used.

​

Young Readers Book Club

Thursday, April 10 at 5pm

For our April meeting we will be reading and discussing Murray and Bun: Murray the Viking by Adam Stower.

Storytime and Illustration Demo w/ local author Esme Shapiro!

Saturday, April 11 at 11:30am

Join us for a very special storytime with local author and illustrator Esme Shapiro! Esme will read her new book Ruthie and provide an instructive and interactive illustration demonstration.
