Summer Reading Kick-off with Forsyth Nature Center!
Saturday, June 27 at 11am
Join us at the library on Saturday, June 27th to kick-off summer reading with a visit from some animal friends from Forsyth Nature Center. Participants will explore different animal classes and discover how each animal’s unique traits help them survive in the wild.
The 45-minute live animal demonstration will captivate audiences while providing a fun, educational, and sensory-rich experience. This program is open and enjoyable for people of all ages. Registration for our summer reading challenges starting today too!

Kid's Summer Chess Club

Whether you're a 'rook'-ie or queen of the chess board, our weekly chess club is open to kid's of all skill levels to learn and play chess.
