To "freeze" a hold...

If you have a library item that you put on hold, you may put a freeze on it via your library account. Once you freeze the item, it will not be delivered until you un-check the freeze option.

You will need your library card number and PIN.

To log onto your library account CLICK HERE. 

Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right hand side.

Click on MY HOLDS

To the right there is a tiny box with the word FREEZE. Click that box. 

If you would like to change the pick up location, also log onto your account and click MY HOLDS. Select a new library from the menu for each item.
